Terms and conditions of the loyalty program
§1 General provisions
Definitions:
Organizer - Plant Nursery Plantis Robert Jęsiak trading as Akwariowe.pl with its registered office at ul. Rafowa 32, 93-453 Łódź. NIP 7291168037. email address: kontakt@akwariowe.pl
Participant - a person who has an account on the akwariowe.pl website
Online store - the Akwariowe.pl platform operated by the organizer.
Product - a commodity available through the akwariowe.pl platform
Contact form - a form provided to users for contact with the organizer
Points - points awarded on the terms set out in these regulations
Customer panel - a module on the platform with the participant's individual data.
§2 Rules of participation in the loyalty program
By registering in the store under the terms specified in the regulations, the participant also registers for the loyalty program. Upon acceptance of the store's regulations, the participant joins the program.
The participant gains access to the customer panel where the accumulated points are displayed.
Any natural person with at least limited legal capacity and who has reached the age of 13 may participate in the program.
§3 Points
The participant receives points for purchases made in the store.
For every 10 PLN spent, the participant receives 1 point.
Every 10 points are equivalent to 1 PLN (1 point = 0.1 PLN)
The participant acquires points only for purchases made through the Akwariowe.pl online store. Points are not awarded for purchases made outside the online store.
§4 Exchange of points
The participant can exchange collected points according to the conversion rate mentioned in §3 par. 3 of these regulations.
A handling fee of 0.01 PLN (1 grosz) is charged for a product purchased with accumulated points.
The participant can exchange a maximum of 2000 points at once.
To exchange points for products, the participant must make purchases for a minimum of 300 PLN.
In case of returns of goods purchased with points, which are in line with the regulations of the Akwariowe.pl online store, the participant will receive a refund of the used points.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude the point exchange system at any time for an indefinite period.
§5 Complaints
The participant can report any irregularities regarding the program to the organizer at kontakt@akwariowe.pl.
The complaint should include the participant's name, surname, correspondence address, description of the irregularity, and preferred form of contact.
The complaint will be considered within 30 days from the date of its receipt by the organizer.
The participant will be notified of the outcome according to the preferred form of contact indicated.
§6 Final provisions
These regulations are supplemented by the regulations of the Akwariowe.pl online store.
In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
